An AI assisted bike fitter for Evans Cycles; designed to build brand loyalty.

Evans Cycles have a poor reputation among cyclists, which is critical in an industry so heavily reliant on trust & honesty.

To address their repuation, Evans must target new cyclists without a preconceived idea of where to shop. New cyclists don’t buy their bikes from large retailers like Evans or Halfords however, they prefer cost effective platforms like eBay or Facebook Marketplace, or if they’re lucky, they’ll get a hand me down from a friend or family member. While these platforms save money, cyclists are typically left with a bike that just doesn’t quite fit right. 

‘Find your Fit’ uses a photograph of a cyclists bike, then through tactile and verbal feedback from the cyclist, suggests minor approvements and adjustments for their existing bike set up. Find your Fit also allows cyclists to test out new styles of bikes, from alternative handlebars to a completely different frame all together.
